Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PrezzBox, a service operated by Playcope (Pty) Ltd ("Playcope", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using PrezzBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use PrezzBox.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use PrezzBox, including to purchase a subscription. By using PrezzBox, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@playcope.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The service, and AI-generated content
PrezzBox lets you explore football data and ask questions answered by an AI-powered "Ask" agent, which draws on third-party football data sources and third-party AI models to generate its responses.
AI-generated content can be wrong. Responses from the Ask agent may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and reflect the limitations of the underlying data sources and AI models. Nothing in PrezzBox constitutes financial, betting, gambling, professional, or investment advice, and PrezzBox should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision, including wagering decisions. You're responsible for independently verifying anything you intend to rely on.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features of PrezzBox are offered on a recurring subscription basis and billed through our payment processor, Stripe, at the price and billing interval shown to you at checkout.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Price changes. We'll give you advance notice before any price increase takes effect on your account. Continuing to use PrezzBox after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
- Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then.
- No refunds. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused time.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it and, if it continues to fail, suspend or downgrade your access to paid features.
- Taxes. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You're responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, other than taxes on Playcope's income.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PrezzBox for any unlawful purpose, or to submit prompts seeking illegal, abusive, or harmful content
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or excessively automate requests against PrezzBox beyond normal use
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to PrezzBox to third parties without our written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions we put in place
Your content and shared investigations
You retain ownership of the questions and content you submit to PrezzBox ("your content"). You grant Playcope a license to use, store, and process your content as needed to operate and improve the service.
If you use the share feature, the resulting investigation is viewable by anyone with the link, whether or not they have an account, until you remove the share or delete the investigation. Don't share content you don't want to be publicly accessible.
Intellectual property
The PrezzBox name, logo, software, and design are owned by Playcope or its licensors. Football data surfaced through PrezzBox is licensed from third-party data providers and remains their property. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to Playcope's or its licensors' trademarks or underlying data beyond what's needed to use PrezzBox as intended.
Disclaimers
PrezzBox is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output (including AI-generated content and third-party data) will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playcope will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of PrezzBox. Playcope's total liability for any claim relating to PrezzBox will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Playcope harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of PrezzBox or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using PrezzBox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If you have a dispute with us, please contact support@playcope.com first so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll provide additional notice before the change takes effect. Continuing to use PrezzBox after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Playcope regarding PrezzBox. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
